For over two decades, I have dedicated my life to caring for stray animals, working selflessly to ensure their well-being in our community. I have coordinated with the district magistrate over the years along with my mother to get all our dogs sterilized and have personally overseen their vaccination, ensuring safety for both the animals and the public. My journey as a caretaker has been a rewarding one, bringing immense satisfaction knowing these innocent lives are protected.

However, recently, our community has been thrust into chaos by actions initiated by Vijay Goel, a politician, whose incessant targeting of stray dogs and feeders has resulted in public disorder and unrest. He went to the extent of manipulating and instigating the public to file FIR against feeders by stating that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has ordered so whereas there is no such order from the court. His actions are not only a menace but have endangered the lives of countless innocent animals and disrupted the harmony within our community.

Vijay Goel's discriminatory actions against stray dogs have negatively affected those of us who work hard to maintain order, causing unnecessary fear among animals and distress among citizens. If left unchallenged, his behavior could lead to further violence against strays and polluted relationships between community members and these animals.

It’s imperative for the sake of public order and the safety of our animals that we eliminate such disruptive influences from Indian politics. By doing so, we can ensure that individuals who disregard the welfare of innocent animals and their care takers have no place in positions of influence or power. He has very inhumanely been advocating for killing/destruction of stray dogs. He has no regard for Article 51A(g) (compassion for animals), Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and law of the land.
