I am here asking that you support and share this petition to get rid of E-hall  (Securly) Pass at Wichita Southeast High School. It is problematic for students trying to quickly get to the restroom and get back to work. Signing in and choosing the details alone can be time consuming, but the more major issue is its limitations. Many people end up having to sit on the E-hall pass page repeatedly clicking for a chance to get a restroom pass sent for teacher approval. It is far too limited for allowing students to actually get the pass made. The people abusing the pass by staying out too long end up hurting the people who really need to go. If we switch back to paper passes or another alternative, this would certainly no longer be a problem.

Another point to bring up in relation to this is that too many bathrooms are kept locked or blocked before first/second hour, during passing periods, and lunch time prior to fifth/sixth hour. One bathroom open isn't enough when a class is on the other half of the school. Many people need to have the opportunity to use the restroom to feel comfortable & maintain concentration. In combination, these restrictions leave many people stuck and unable to focus.

Please support this cause if you want to stop the use of E-hall (Securly) Pass at Wichita Southeast High School. Opting for an alternative that doesn't link all of the students together. Whether that be paper, reusable passes from teachers, or a different digital platform.
