Let’s get this nationwide.

Upon research I have found to reach congress we need 100,00 signatures.  This is a change Needed for all caregivers In the CDPA program who have consumers living with you or you are a live in care giver for the consumer.  As we all know the accuracy of the EVV is not designed for those of us that open our homes to consumers because when the allotted hours end for the week the care we give the consumer does not stop.  We should not be made to comply with the EVV system as it is an inconvenience and puts us all at risk for criminal and civil penalties.  Think of all the time you spend 30 minutes here or an hour there doing something for the consumer. Why clock in and out multiple times?
