Biplap Hazra has won the Sanctuary Wildlife Photographer of the Year, where the picture titled Hell makes the world community surprised.

In the photo seen some elephants running in flames due to mass action in the village of Bankura, West Bengal, India.

This incident was allegedly carried out to keep the elephants away from villages in the Bankura district. But what we have seen is a very severe and inhumane action.
