The United Nations Convention Against Torture (1984) defines torture as “the deliberate infliction of severe suffering for purposes like information extraction, punishment, or coercion”. Torture is criminalised and acts of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment are covered by a range of offences in existing legislation. The victims of torture must have the right to complain to competent authorities and to obtain redress.

 

Personal Experience: 

Since August 2020 to now (5 years), I have been enslaved, sexually molested, experimented on and tortured (electronic rape, physical abuse, electrocuted, directed energy weapon, mind controlled, sex trafficked) by the Secret Services / CIA / Neuralink / government / Cartel / extraterrestrial beings (they have claimed to be many in the span of 5 years). I was in my first year of law school (hoping to get into Human Rights law and/or help other disadvantaged, vulnerable communities) when a couple moved into my housemate's room and the brutal torture began. Now, I am unable to work or study, cannot move out of my bed due to their DEW, being mutilated everyday with their electronic devices with headaches that feel like aneurysms. I am not the only one- there are many others. I hope one day all the victims will be released from the hell we are living in. This is as bad as the Japanese War crimes (sexual slavery and massacres to human experimentation, torture, starvation, and forced labour).
