In short support me submitting this to the Mayor of London 

1. No pre/registration for EV vehicles at £10 instead automatically exempt EV vehicles.

2. Revoke proposed withdrawal of the exemption from Christmas 2025 and continue till allmost all fossil  fuelled  vehicles are gone.

Currently if driving into London’s congestion charging zone even electric car owners get charged £11.50 unless they have previously registered themselves and the car as exempt from CC Charge at £10.

By signing this you are requesting that the exemption from the charge be automatically be applied without having to register as this is an unnecessary bureaucratic hurdle as they already have the data from ANPR and DVLA,

For ULEZ they only need registration if a charge applies so why not for Congestion Charge and likewisedo-not issue penalty notices for exempt vehicles from the database of the make and model of the vehicles..

Tfl for London have all announced that from 2025 they will no longer be exempt. We ask that this be revoked and exemptions continue.
