I want to thank everyone that signed the petition in support of the parallel road and trail. There are now over 1,100 supporters, 700 on the paper petitions and over 400 on the online petitions.

There is no other road improvement alternative that would relieve traffic on a 16 mile section of Route 1 and many other congested roads.

No other proposal is as beneficial to more people in our region than this proposal. It's a common sense, low impact, low cost plan that needs to be built.
