At the meeting on 3rd February 2015, Bentworth Parish Council voted to apply for recognition of both the Sun Inn and Star Inn as village assets. This is a great step for protecting the Sun, but given that the planning application has been drawn up by professional planning consultants, we need to express our wish to keep the Sun Inn as a pub, and make our voices heard to East Hants District Council Planning Committee.
