El Paso PD: Stop Ignoring Human Trafficking Reports — Assign a Detective Today

The Issue

To: El Paso Police Department and City of El Paso Officials

I am calling on the El Paso Police Department to assign a detective to my pending reports involving serious allegations of human trafficking, harassment, theft of services, retaliation, intimidation, and financial coercion against my former employer.

For over a year, I have been subjected to ongoing acts of online harassment, fraudulent appointments, and coordinated efforts to damage my livelihood. These actions appear designed to intimidate me into silence about human trafficking and coercive control I’ve previously witnessed and experienced since April 2022.

Fake social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, IMDb, and others dating apps) have been used to:

Despite providing detailed information to law enforcement since August 2024, no detective has been assigned to fully investigate these incidents.

This inaction leaves victims vulnerable, evidence at risk, and the community unprotected from ongoing exploitation and online abuse such as death threats.

I'm one of them, but there are 4 more victims that I cannot locate that are subject to my former employer's control.

What We Are Asking For
We respectfully urge the El Paso Police Department to:

  • Assign a qualified detective to my reports to ensure a thorough, impartial, and transparent investigation.
  • Request data preservation from Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for all accounts involved in the reported fraudulent or harassing activity, to prevent deletion of potential digital evidence.
  • Subpoena relevant digital records including IP addresses, login credentials, and phone numbers potentially associated with coordinated online harassment, intimidation, or financial interference.
  • Investigate any signs of digital tampering or unauthorized access to my personal devices or online accounts that may be linked to the broader pattern of harassment and coercion.
  • If evidence indicates a connection between these digital activities and any professional or networked devices previously accessible to my former employer or associated VPN profiles, we ask that investigators review all applicable state and federal offenses as potentially relevant to the case.
  • Coordinate with federal authorities, including the Department of Homeland Security or FBI, if indicators of human trafficking, coercive labor practices, or witness intimidation are identified.

Why This Matters
Crimes such as human trafficking, cyber harassment, intimidation, and coercive control have devastating effects not only on individuals but on the entire community. Victims of trafficking and exploitation deserve to be heard, protected, and supported, not ignored. By signing this petition, you stand with all victims in El Paso who need law enforcement to take their cases seriously and to act swiftly to protect them from ongoing harm.
