Here we see some Egyptian government agents who covertly put strychnine poison in dog food and distribute it to stray dogs to eat. These dogs are mostly starving so they eat this as they have no other food. They wear gloves and carefully place the poison on food they have within the plastic bags and must keep the poison from touching their own skin.  They have the typical white pick up truck. Within a few minutes the poison starts to cause seizures and muscle rigidity. After that the dogs lung muscles slowly cease working causing the dogs to suffocate. In this day and age why Egypt continues to do this absurd and cruel way of controlling dog populations is difficult to comprehend. Egypt makes vast amounts of money from foreign tourists. It's not due to lack of money.
