Egypt dogs are suffering and they have no voice! They are being tortured day in and day out by those who don't know the meaning of compassion.  It's beyond disturbing. Dogs who have mange only need an antiparasitic of Bravecto or Simpirica to alleviate their suffering of unbearable flea and tick bites and scabies or mange. Then their hair will grow back in and it stops the intense itching of the skin. The ignorance of people who view these hairless dogs as something to be made fun of, abused, and tortured is just terrible.  Dogs are being poisoned with strychnine by Egyptian government agents in all governates particularly Fayoum and Cairo and Alexandria. The General Veterinary Authority distributes the poisons purchased by the Egypt government and has government agents directly inject the poison into the dogs as well as spreading it around so dogs will eat it with the trash piles they are forced to live on searching for scraps of food!  Tourism in Egypt is a major force of economy and how can we in good faith visit without taking notice of the fact this cruel absurd practices of shooting dogs and poisoning them which we find repugnant still continues? It is universally shunned and thought to be unacceptable. We need Egypt to have compassion.  The deliberate extermination of dogs is heinous, immoral, unethical.
