المصور الصحفي محمد الراعي مختفي قسريا منذ يوم الأربعاء 28 أكتوبر2020 بعد ما اتحقق معه في الامن الوطني شبرى الخيمة ،تم استدعائه 3 مرات خلال أسبوع واحد واتحقق معه بشكل غير رسمي وغير قانوني عن عمله الصحفي. لم يخرج من الأمن الوطني وانقطع الاتصال معه منذ 28 أكتوبر 2020.

تقدمت أسرة محمد الراعي صباح الخميس ببلاغ للنائب العام بواقعة اختفائه حمل رقم  257786084

Mohamed El-Raai is a photojournalist and he has been disappeared since Wednesday 28th October 2020 by the Egyptian National State Security.

He was summoned three times and he went to the National State Security in Shubra El-Kheima. He was interrogated for five hours about his work, then he was released. He went back on Wednesday 28th, and never left. His whereabouts remain unknown since then.

His family reported his disappearance to the Egyptian Public Prosecution and the Ministry of Interior.

The Egyptian constitution prohibits enforced disappearance and the Egyptian State is responsible for Mohamed’s physical and psychological integrity.

We call on the Egyptian government to immediately release Mohamed El-Raai and guarantee his safety.
