La bonne nouvelle persiste :

Dans mon cas personnel, j'ai obtenu droit au calcul de l'Allocation logement à hauteur d'un calcul prenant en compte 2,5 enfants à partir de mars 2020. Quel soulagement mais quel parcours du combattant !!! Un remerciement particulier à la Déléguée des Défenseur des Droits.

La retro-activité sur la totalité du temps serait possible uniquement si le papa est d'accord...??? Mais aussi éventuellement possible en passant au tribunal. Donc l'égalité n'est pas de mise pour la Caf, uniquement l'application de directives trop peu respectueuses de la devise de la France.

Mais je ne me bats pas que pour mon cas, j'aimerais voir la loi et la pratique changer pour TOUTES les prestations et selon le temps de garde Y COMPRIS EN Droit de visite et d'hébergement élargi.

Merci pour votre soutien, ensemble nous changerons la loi et les directives pour une égalité des parents !

Good news! In my personal case, the Caf has now started giving me a housing allowance based on having my children with me half the time. What a relief, but what a battle to get there!!! I particularly thank the Défenseur des Droits delegate who has been fighting for me.

This shared housing allowance could be retroactively applied...if the father agreed...??? But this is also perhaps possible in court. So, perfect equality is not what has been obtained, and the French motto of liberty, equality, fraternity is not quite honored here.

But I am not fighting for my cause alone, I would like to see the law change for ALL types of welfare aide: taking into account the real financial responsibility of each parent in all forms of joint custody.

Thank you for your support! Together we can change the law and its application and get parent equality recognized for all and for good!
