Paternal (Father's) Rights Matter: Daddy's Girl

I want to share an audio recording snippet of a May 06, 2019 meeting with Board President Ann Williams, Superintendent Henry “HD” Chambers, and my father Damon Barone.

This audio recording is from the ten minute and four second mark of the one hour and thirty-one-minute-long meeting, which my dad has posted on YouTube titled, “05-06-2019 Meeting with President Ann Williams and Superintendent HD Chambers”.

It has been nearly 3 years and our family has yet to receive any type of follow up or response.

Damon Barone: Let me say that again, I chose to work on my finals. The issue didn’t go away. The documentation don’t change. This should have happened up front, it didn’t happen that’s when it became personal when yall wouldn’t let me see my daughter. I sat in that other room HD and begged you and cried just like we are sitting here now. I shed tears behind the fact of not being able to pick up my daughter all that other stuff didn’t matter to me. I didn’t care about ya’ll embarrassing me on the news, I didn’t care about yall putting things on the internet about me, I didn’t care about ya’ll falsely terminating me, I didn’t care about none of that. I wanted to pick up my daughter like everybody else and that’s when the switch changed when you continued to impede upon my parental rights. I will fight you tooth and anil behind my children and my family, just like you would. Just like you would. I would expect you to do the same. My emails are being blocked, but ya’ll can send me emails. My US postage mail is being blocked but yall can send me mail. I receive a personal letter from you to my home address, what kind of foolishness is that? I received a personal letter from Darlene Brough to my home address but I can’t send letters to the district that doesn’t make sense, that’s retaliation.

Board President Ann Williams: When have you continued to not be able to send letters to the district, every packet that you’ve sent I have.

Damon Barone: I’m glad that you asked here you go right here. Return to sender, return to sender, undeliverable, there’s your letter to me. And just for the record I’m smart this ain’t my first rodeo, I went through a horrible custody battle and divorce so I know games. I know placating, this right here this US postal stamp comes from KBS. Yeah, this US, these postal stamps when you send a letter through a postage it has an identifiable number. This came from KBS. That means that ya’ll were trying to legally do some foolishness with me and represent as if it was personal from you and Darlene. Lawyers were involved.

Superintendent Henry “HD” Chambers: Oh, oh, oh, I’m sorry.

Damon Barone: Documentations don’t change. So, I will keep going. Undeliverable, barracuda. You all sending me postage from the same address that I’m sending it to but undeliverable, undeliverable. That’s a violation of my rights.

Superintendent Henry “HD” Chambers: I, I, I don’t know.

Board President Ann Williams: I don’t know how any of it can be undeliverable, Mr. Barone. I’ll bring you the big box of documents that I have received from you on this. So, it’s not like I haven’t received all those packages that you send me.
