01-18-2021 Alief ISD School Board Trustee Scheduled to Resign

Alief ISD’s Tuesday, January 18, 2022, school board meeting should be very interesting. Agenda item #11 states that a school board member is scheduled to resign from the board (in the middle of their term), and that the board/district intends to take their legally required next steps.

Alief ISD’s Deputy Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction put in their resignation in the middle of this 2021-2022 academic school year, Alief ISD’s Assistant Superintendent of Finance also put in their resignation in the middle of this 2021-2022 academic school year, and now one of the Alief ISD School Board members is resigning from the school board in the middle of this 2021-2022 academic school year.
