Open Meetings Act Violations

The facts stated in Damon Barone’s patron presentation on June 18, 2019 can be viewed and heard for yourself by going to his YouTube channel (The Alief subcategory) and watching the videos which are not controlled or manipulated by Alief ISD.

The questions are why is Damon Barone being treated different, and discriminated against? What does Mr. Barone have to do in order to receive what is promised to him and his family in the Alief mission statement, vision statement, goals, and objectives of the school board?

What corrective actions are going to be taken for the illegal actions of the school board and administrators towards Mr. Barone and his family, and when should they see the corrective action implemented?

What the Alief school board and Superintendent Chambers does serves as proof of what they believe in. Justice delayed is justice denied. No taxation without representation. Damon Barone wants a full refund on all of his district tax money, and to have his concerns added to Superintendent Chambers employment contract and performance evaluation, as well as added to the school board members individual performance evaluations for the year.
