The Truth About Tuberculosis at Alief Taylor High School

There is a meeting at 6pm tonight at Kerr High School regarding the tuberculosis case discovered at Taylor High School this week. Per a direct communication with Harris County Public Heath (HCPH), the letter sent out to Alief parents by Alief ISD stating that, “HCPH has determined that it is very unlikely that your child has been exposed by this individual, and therefore no further action is necessary at this time.” IS NOT ACCURATE and IS NOT the message conveyed by HCPH when spoken directly to them today.
