After the excitement of the last few days with the various announcements from both the Liberal and Labor Parties about funding more parking Spaces at Edmondson Park where it’s finally become a two horse race I just wanted to provide you with the Links to the various articles and Facebook Pages (which I are Below) and to make a Public Announcement and a Special Request.
The Action Steps you can take to help keep the Campaign going are really simple:-

A PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FROM ME (Michael Andjelkovic) to YOU
As you are aware I have been active in lobbying both the Minister for Transport and the Shadow Minister for Transport to make a Commitment to Build Multi Level Car Parks At Both Edmondson Park and Leppington Stations since March 2019. I honestly didn’t think this issue would drag out as long as it has after Labor initially made a Commitment to Ed Park In April 2018 and then Leppington in November 2018. My Stated Objective has been that I work to obtain a Commitment to Build Multi Level Car Parks from BOTH Major Parties by the NSW State Election in March 2019. We ARE CLOSE to achieving that goal.
During the last 10 months of Campaigning for the Community I have had my eyes opened to a number of other issues that also need to be addressed and spoken about.
In order to do that I have decided to Register and now to seek Nomination for the Upcoming election in the Electorate of Liverpool. Nominations have now been officially opened from Friday the 25th January 2019 for the NSW State Election.

ROTARY CLUB only $4,000 short of Target for its Hay Runners Appeal
HOW DID YOU SPEND YOUR AUSTRALIA DAY ?
This is the Aussie Spirit of Mate's helping Mate's even if they have never met them before.
600 volunteers and a convey of 180 Big Rigs plus support vehicles are spending their long weekend delivering much needed hay to our drought-stricken farmers.

I take my hat off to Brendan Farrell and all the volunteers involved in the Burrumbuttock Hay Runners who have been helping farmers since 2014.
IF everyone who signed this Petition chipped in just $0.60 cents the target would be reached easily.
A great example of how One man with a great heart and a worthy idea has been making a difference to Drought Affected Farmers since 2014.
Brendan Farrell of the Burrumbuttock Hay Runners has just finished his 14th Hay Run with 180 Truckies and support Vehicles over the Australia Day Long Weekend.
I think that this is a great example of Aussie Spirit and mateship that Australia has been built on.

Australia is a Country of Floods and Drought and currently farmers are doing it tough.
I like the way this is set up where the money raised is going to pay the fuel of the Truckies who donate their rigs and time.
The Hay is Donated by Farmers who have extra.
Administration is via the Rotary Club of Sydney and Volunteers do much of the work so costs are minimal - No huge CEO or Staff expenses.
It's seems to be a low cost operation designed to ensure that the donations are used for what they are intended for.
