9 News Video Link - https://youtu.be/e6coZuv6SmQ
Sorry about the audio quality I recorded it from the TV on my phone.
Please share the video and the car parking crisis petition link as the Situation at the Stations and Leppington Primary School is getting worse and more dangerous as has been expressed by a number of Parents and Commuters in the Nine News report, other videos and in comments posted on the Petition.
I have written up a Hard copy(Paper) that needs to be signed please look out for me at the Stations, Local Schools and Shopping Centres over the Coming couple of Weeks - We need a minimum of 500 Signed petition forms from registered voters to lodge and receive a formal reply from the Minister.
Please keep sharing the Petition link which is now www.tinyurl.com/MoreParkingNow

They do work - Manish Baliyan had one published today in the Liverpool Champion - I will share it in the next update
On the 25th September I emailed Steve Price on 2GB some questions for the Minister and I also emailed the Ministers office on the 29th September 2018 asking about the 335 Spaces at Leppington.
The questions I have are
1) How Long before the DA is approved?
2) How long before work commences?
3) Will the temporary Car Park be constructed at the beginning of the Project or at the End?
4) Any time estimates on Completion?
I received a reply email on the 2nd October with the letter dated the 27th September 2018 (So I think it was in answer to the 2GB Email)
Dear Mr Andjelkovic
Thank you for your further correspondence to the Minister for Transport and Infrastructure about commuter car parking at Edmondson Park and Leppington Stations. The Minister asked me to respond on his behalf.
I note your comments and appreciate the reasons which prompted you to write.
Funding has been allocated in the 2018 NSW Budget to investigate options to provide additional commuter car parking at Leppington and Edmondson Park stations. The NSW Government is in the early stages of analysis for Edmondson Park and Leppington stations and recently met with Liverpool and Camden Councils to gather further information in identifying appropriate short, medium and long term options for these stations.
These options may include opportunities to optimise land use in the vicinity, formalise car parking spaces where appropriate, the construction of further commuter car parking, the expansion of “on demand” bus services and additional active travel infrastructure. Whilst these investigations are complex, the project team is progressing this work as a matter of priority. Key stakeholders and the community will be kept informed as more information becomes available.
Building public transport infrastructure takes time and I thank you for your patience.
I trust this information is of assistance.
Yours sincerely
