We see the counter petition has woken up to The Scotsman article.

In their latest update, they state:

"For today's update we'd like to share and article in the Scotsman newspaper with a vote on if dogs should be banned (with excemptions) (sic) from Edinburgh's 43 council run cemeteries - please note they did not speak to us at all and it is a very one sided report."

Newsflash for the counter petition - The Scotsman did not speak to us at all either. They lifted all the text directly from our petition, as they did with yours - therefore, it is not one sided, it is impartial.

What is without any shadow of doubt totally impartial is the vote that is contained in the article, and that continues to show overwhelming support for some sort of ban on dogs in Edinburgh cemeteries.

Currently sitting, at the time of writing, at:

In favour of a ban: 83%
Against a ban: 17%
