Update about School Start Date

Tonight John Fischbach presented the past petition from 18 months ago along with the petition just started 72 hours ago to the school board members. Thank you for signing it and passing it on. Three minutes was given to John to state his reasons for why school should start after Labor Day, and he took the opportunity to present information about where the other 5 days could be taken throughout the school year to provide the days the school board is wanting. Please continue to pass on this petition to friends and neighbors because when the topic of the school calendar is placed on the agenda we will once again be appealing in person to the Edina School Board.
