Dear POTRAZ and the Ministry of Information, Communication Technologies and Courier Services,

The people of Zimbabwe need to access the Internet in order to gain access to key information on COVID-19.

Econet Wireless, NetOne, TelOne, Liquid Telecoms, Powertel, Africom, ZOL, Telecel and others need to offer us better data rates!

The citizens need to keep themselves informed of the developments and measures that are being taken by the government and other key stakeholders to contain and curb the spread of the coronavirus in Zimbabwe.

The nation’s health and wellbeing, and, the right to access health facilities and relevant information to that effect are a core human right, more so, in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Internet access is not a luxury but critical in the fight against Coronavirus.
