Please share & sign - these products need to be banned!

These products are still on sale on e bay and need to be banned. The RSPCA are against these collars! 
These torture devices are barbaric. Sellers and promoters say they are “useful tools if used correctly “ The only place for these are in the bin!  It is the owners who need teaching to train their dogs in a humane and positive way- not with torture, pain and fear! Please help to stop this - sign and share to persuade eBay to be a responsible seller, who does not condone cruelty to innocent and loving animals. This is the agony inflicted on this helpless animal by one of these collars.
