Thank you everyone for signing & sharing this petition, please keep it going to stop the sale on E bay, of this and similar products such as choke chains and shock collars. One seller  has introduced little rubber covers to “lessen” the spikes impact- but they are removable and it only is a very small effort to pacify those who would have it banned.  There are still other sellers offering the same products without the prong covers anyway- so this gesture is useless. The items need to be completely banned!!
