This week the Dump The Scales campaign was featured in the latest episode of Mental Podcast, who also campaign for Mental Health Education which I’m really passionate about. This is currently quite limited in the UK as part of optional PSHE modules. I know that if this kind of education was expanded and mandatory for all schools it could help young people for generations to come.
