The Community needs Answers and Actions

nearly 3 Thousand signatures asking the council to move on with the promise of our Skate Park. We were promised money would be available in April 2017. 3 months on we are still waiting. We see the council splashing out funding on a new children's play park in Seaside road, when we have at least 6 play parks in Eastbourne, we see beach huts pop up for residents to rent at ridiculous prices, we see funding for Extreme weekend and 2 x music stage one of which is placed in the space our park was, we see a new cafe and weird space in princes park, we hear about the new ice rink they plan for the pier and we see them offering to spend thousands on a new swimming pool that quite frankly just needs freshening up !!!! Please don't tell me you have no funding, when you promised us funding would be available in April. We are fully supportive of the council but you really must start giving answers to the people, and stop wasting time and money on stuff that we already have. #extremesports #lettingyoungpeopledown #youngpeople #inspiringyouth #skatepark @visiteastbourne @bringbacklloyd @eastbournebuzz #worldchampion #givinglipservice #keeppromises #supportyoungpeople #youthdevelopment #thefuture
