There is no doubt that FIFA is the best football game on the market.

But EA has been adopting a lazy attitude for too long now despite impressive financial and technical means available. Faced with low competition EA rests on its laurels selling the game 70€ each year for a simple update most of the time.

Many players are outraged by the fact that EA puts most of its efforts on FUT. An even more lucrative game mode, leaving thereby the other game modes.

Licenses and partnerships are obtained but not exploited just to tickle PES. Example: The Bundesliga, La Liga Santander (we are still waiting for the real stadiums and scanned players).

This seems particularly outrageous that on fifa 97, Zidane was more recognizable than Casemiro or Nainggolan in fifa 17 ... 20 years between the two games. Should I mention the partnership between Real Madrid and EA? Is it normal?

An effort must be made without delay. An addition of scanned faces in a soon update.
Especially as some players were scanned without ever being put in the game Ex. Ghezzal, Malbranque, Benzia,...  with Lyon (see: http://www.fifagamersblog.fr/seance-de-modelisation-des-joueurs-de-lol-pour-fifa-14/

Fifa has many loyal players. And each of them deserves to be respected. Not Everyone is interested in FUT. Many of us do exclusively play in career mode and immersion is essential. This immersion requires the modeling of the players, real stadia and the supporters' chants of the teams we play with. (And no, not only British play Fifa). It's not acceptable that in 2016, teams like AS Roma, AC Milan, Porto, Benfica, ... have barely one or two scanned players.
