EA SPORTS FC ULTIMATE TEAM Deserves Better
We love football. We love gaming. And we believe EA SPORTS FC deserves better.

Millions of players invest their time, passion, and money into EA SPORTS FC every year. For many of us, this is more than just a video game. It's part of our daily lives, our friendships, and our love for football.

But that passion should not mean accepting unresolved problems, frustrating gameplay issues, or unclear communication about the future of the game.

Across Ultimate Team, Clubs, Career Mode, and other game modes, players have raised concerns about bugs, gameplay inconsistencies, connectivity problems, and the way important issues are communicated and addressed.

We are not asking EA to create a perfect game. We are asking EA to take better care of the game and the community that supports it.

We recognize that EA already provides forums, feedback channels, and game updates. However, we believe there is room for a more consistent, transparent, and accountable approach.

What We Are Asking EA To Do

1. Fix Critical Bugs Faster:
Prioritize game-breaking issues, connectivity failures, and bugs affecting competitive integrity. Acknowledge major problems promptly, provide workarounds when available, and communicate when players can expect further information.

2. Create a Clear and Public Bug Tracker:
Provide an easily accessible and regularly updated list of significant known issues, showing their status, priority, affected platforms, and progress toward resolution.
Players should not have to search through multiple social media accounts to understand whether a problem has been acknowledged.

3. Communicate More Frequently and Transparently:
Publish a clear development update at least every two weeks, explaining what is being investigated, what is being fixed, and which issues remain unresolved. Even when a solution is not immediately available, honest communication matters.

4. Explain Gameplay Changes and Important Mechanics:
Provide clearer explanations of gameplay adjustments, balancing decisions, competitive mechanics, reward structures, and significant changes that affect the player experience. Players deserve to understand how the game they invest in is evolving.

5. Build a Stronger Relationship With the Community and Creators:
Create a more structured dialogue between developers and players, including regular opportunities to address frequently reported concerns and explain development priorities. Feedback should be acknowledged, evaluated, and followed up on.

This Is Not About Making the Game Easier
We understand that players have different opinions about gameplay, tactics, rewards, and game balance. Some want faster gameplay. Others prefer a slower, more realistic experience. 

We do not all need to agree on how EA SPORTS FC should play ,but we can all agree that the game deserves reliable support, timely fixes, clear communication, and transparency.

Our Request to Electronic Arts:
We respectfully ask EA and the EA SPORTS FC development team to publicly acknowledge these concerns and provide a response within 30 days of receiving this petition, explaining which improvements they can commit to and how progress will be communicated.

This petition is not an attack on EA employees or developers. It is a collective request from players who care about the future of the franchise. We want EA SPORTS FC to succeed. We want to enjoy playing it. And we want to know that our voices matter.
