Dear EA Sports,

To whom it may concern:

 

First, we have tried to ask support directly to EA through your communication channels in order to have the opportunity to complete the game.

The CHALLENGING and ON MY OWN trophies have not been updated anymore. We are discussing this with EA Help Desk and also in other support forums (FIFA forums & EA Beta forum - aka Answer HQ), but we have had no success so far.

 

Hence we hereby suggest some actions, but not restricted to these. 

1. Just reload/release some old or previous challenges for PS3/Xbox concerning FIFA 14 CHALLENGING and ON MY OWN trophies; and/or

2. Put permanent CHALLENGING and ON MY OWN events on Highlights of the week; and/or

3. Release these trophies (make them pop up) to everyone by just playing a normal FIFA 14 match.

 

This is to allow the International EA FIFA series gaming community to obtain the platinum for this game (100% completion).

On past titles the support for older series was also ceased (pls see FIFA 12 EURO DLC and FIFA 13 TOTW player card). Notwithstanding both issues were solved even with the newer titles of the series out.

 

Second, please also realize FIFA 14 is still selling at PSN store for about 30 US Dollars, so why deny support to gamers if:

a. the game is still on sale.

b. these two trophies are based on online events provided by EA.

 

Third, on July 8th 2015 the community manager of EA Answer HQ came to us with an answer from the EA FIFA team letting us know that no further challenges will be released or created for FIFA 14.

I hereby subscribe this petition in order to ask for your intervention and release those challenges, as we feel harmed not being able to complete the game. Further, we argue this answer does not give us a real understanding of why EA has ceased the support for its game that has trophies and its completion linked to online events.
