Das Problem

We are done waiting.

For three days straight, Pro Clubs servers have been completely down. Not laggy. Not "unstable." Down. Thousands of players who pay full price for this game — and in many cases additional money on top of it — have been locked out of a mode they play every single day.

Let's be honest about what's happening here. If Ultimate Team had been down for three days, it would have been fixed within hours. Why? Because Ultimate Team is where the microtransactions live. Pro Clubs doesn't print money the same way, so it gets treated like an afterthought — broken, ignored, ranked behind whatever keeps the FIFA Points flowing.

And to add insult to injury: the new Pro Clubs system that was rolled out wasn't even an improvement. It was restructured to push players toward paying more, while the actual core experience — the servers, the stability, the basic function of the mode — has gotten worse, not better. How do you take an existing, working system and make it worse and more expensive at the same time?

This is not acceptable. This is not "a known issue we're looking into." This is a paid product that has not worked for three days, with no compensation, no real timeline, and no accountability.

We are demanding one of two things, immediately:

Fix the servers now — full transparency on what's broken and when it will be resolved, or

Refund the players who have paid for a service they have not been able to use.
We paid for this. We are entitled to a working product. At this point, continued failure to act isn't just bad customer service — it's a consumer rights issue, and it will be treated as one if this isn't resolved.

Enough is enough.
