Hello M&M,

We owning M&M newly launched SUVs (XUV700 & SCORPIO N) These 2 vehicles comes with Adrenox connectivity and this works with e sim enabled in vehicle.

The service provider is V!, sorry to inform but it is one of the worst out of 3 SP available in India when it comes to network strength. Few of us the xuv700 owner already having more than an year ownership and as per feedback more than 70-80% time adrenox in our vehicle fails to get network connectivity. And this issue has been reported by both XUV700 as well as SCORPIO N owners and that also pan India.

We are/ will be charged 5k for yearly subscription whereas we are  not even getting service of 1k even.

We demand to look into connectivity issue and arrange to provide Alternate service provider. 

Pls let do let us know the M&M stand on this else we need to make aware new probable customers regarding the useless feature publiczed in the name of ADRENOX.
