Mental health services should provide support for substance misuse victims, they owe a duty of care

We have all seen the lost souls wandering around asking strangers for money, consuming alcohol and substances in public. Although most are illegal in the UK, it is the items sold legally (alcohol and cigarettes) that do the most harm to the health of the nation.

The government needs to be accountable for this addiction and provide remedial solutions to stop this public health crisis!
