Great meeting with Terry Collins and Adrian White from DCC. They are fully supportive of the Trust Pathways and the collaboration of all partners i.e., DCC, Greenspace Project (Durham University), Public Health, Sustrans, Durham BID, Neighbourhood Planning Forum and DUBS. The next steps will be to arrange a partner meeting to start the process of plans and moving forward to the construction of quality cycle lanes. This is even more poignant given the horrific accident a week ago and another cyclist seriously injured by a bus during the Lumiere event. As always thanks for all the support - we are making great progress. Thanks for the council for entering the collaboration and giving full support! Graham's lane will come to fruition!!!!
