Dunkirk,NY, Police are not speaking, nor giving any information or updates as to whether or not they are actively Investigating This puppy's death..  Chautauqua County, NY has NO animal cruelty officer!!

I am asking that people share, This puppy was sickeningly beaten and killed At only 3 months.
