Hi all. Sorry I haven't been updating much but I have 3 weeks ago had a hip replacement and upto now it seems brilliant! The court case is being held at Manchesters minshull street crown court on the 9th September at 9:45 am for a 3 day trial. I need as much support as possible and if you want to attend the trial please do, it's free and anyone can attend any court hearing, that is what the gallery is for. I need more witnesses to this case so that it is a fair trial! If many eyes are watching its harder to evade my questions and shut me up! The major tabloids are going to be in attendance as it has attracted publicity in all areas proving that Oldham council, liquid envy(LUMINAR LESURE) and the SIA are all corrupt and now I can prove this in court and prove that even Oldham magistrates are influenced by Oldham council! A council is meant to be totally independent and not be seen to support ex dinosaur plastic criminal gangster who runs local bars in Oldham and uses the council to stop any opposition that threatens his business. I have the backing now of not just the previous owner of my club but my business partners are standing strong and even the owner who had my club after my occupancy who also had exactly the same issues with the same plastic gangster I had issues with and also the same names of the same council workers at sir peacock house on derker (Oldham councils Licencing office) and here's the best bit! They all have the same evidence as I to prove the council are corrupt!! Being fair Jd how they should have been. To late now because I do not quit until I get what I want. I'm that stubborn that I wouldn't even die in a crash that should have killed me! I needed to sort this out first. I don't care if I die after this court case as long as I get it right!! Here is my promise to all!! When I successfully win this case and damages and losses are paid to me, I will pay all the staff that put there faith in me and helped me set up the club in the first place. Most went unpaid because of the dispute between us and this plastic gangster (liquid envy manager) and Oldham council and the difficulty I had opening because the council kept moving the goal posts unfairly so we couldn't open some weeks then they had police terrorise every night our door staff and harass our customers till they left. Our progress since the crash last year has been phernominal, with Vickys constant persistent pushing me to get my physical and mental self back to as strong as before the accident!
