The parents and children in public schools of Central Texas are being misled and abused by elected officials in various school boards. Removal of impartial, unfair, and unfit officials is the only way to correct what is happening.

In particular- Dripping Springs, TX must recall and remove Barbara Stroud from all public duties with the DSISD.

On 8/23/2021, DSISD Board President willfully allowed for the disturbance of peace and disorderly conduct of an attendee during an Agenda Meeting in a public space.

Ms. Stroud allowed a man to disrobe himself down to a single undergarment within a High School auditorium and in front of at least 12 minor-children. 6 of whom are younger than 10 years old.

With no warning (and no admonishment from Ms Stroud) the man was allowed to speak publicly while taking his clothing off in a dramatic spectacle with no concern for the disorder caused and peace broken during a public meeting. This is in violation of Texas Code and Ms Stroud's responsibility as a Trustee and Board President.

Ms. Stroud did however, call for a recession of the public meeting when voices were raised from the audience. She also allowed some speakers to go over time while other speakers were cut off. Ms. Stroud and her gavel wield enforcement of rules without fairness and with great distraction by her own personal beliefs. 

***Her inability to equitably enforce Texas Code for Public Meetings and maintain peace and order in a public place are sufficient for her removal***

Ms. Stroud lacks the intellect and impartiality required to conduct public sessions in a peaceable manner. 

Related, Ms. Stroud is under investigation by the TEA/district for other activities notwithstanding. 

The public and children of Texas have been misled by her for over a decade and she must be removed as DSISD Board President and recalled from Public Service. 

Please help us with this general awareness of Ms. Stroud and how unfit she is to continue to lead the DSISD Board in Dripping Springs, Texas.
