Tort of False Imprisionment

Tort of false imprisonment ignored and unaddressed in this particular context contributes to gaslighting, continued coercion and emotional/psychological abuse.

The Mental Health Act 1983 was not followed correctly and the National Health Service, Care Quality Commission, Police and other powerful industries and businesses know and have know about this for many years. The content of this petition also breached the Human Rights Act 1998: Under Article 5(5) of the ECHR (incorporated into UK law) - it's a terrible state of affairs and I'm shocked to know how globally widespread this is.

As a victim of unlawful detention there is an enforceable right to compensation which is duly ignored due to lack of accountability, complimented by the infrastructure and reliance on technology which is easily and frequently tampered with.

In the position of the person subjected to this, it is near impossible due to sorcery and technology to get this case in-front of people who can take action and actually put matters right. Quite often where there’s money or certain information, there’s MH. Interesting coincidence, don’t you think?

It's an intimidating, mind-being, belittling and out-of-fashion process which could well be combated by professionals who, in numbers and with discretion, could congregate to put things right with an apology, compensation and plan for change.

As a result of this not being done thus far, further Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) and GPs have acted unlawfully without reasonable care and leave the person in a vulnerable position, unable to ask for the appropriate help or receive the appropriate medical treatment, not due to an illness, but due to the laws and metaphorical rug which has the dirt swept under it. The victim is then left to piece together there own life because industries and individuals that allow this, don't employ people who speak out and throw curve ball after curve ball towards the individual so people don't (or can't) take notice. This is the world we live in and are expected to put up with.

Please sign and share this petition to help bring justice to the person still affected which the Mental Health Act covers for; as I work to put a stop to these harrowing incidents many know still happen, and leave people such as 'the person' without closure, compensation or a very simple and polite apology.

We need justice, transparency and immediate actionable change.
