My son was taken to Port Moresby in Oct 2015 and was only meant to be in country on a tourist visa. It has since expired and his father who is a PNG citizen is refusing to surrender his passport. My son is an Aboriginal Australian and only 9yrs old. He was 5 when he left. HIs father emotionally, mentally and physically abuses him if my son shows any signs of missing me and shows any signs of happiness when he speaks to me over the phone. Duncan does not send our son to school to be educated as it interferes with his own schedules with his career. He pays his nieces and nephews at the tender age of 9 & 13yrs to look after my son during the day. I have been to PNG recently to bring my son back with me to Australia but his father still refuses to surrender his passport and allow him to come with me. He always says he will bring him back to Australia but never does. He has done this to his first wife and restricted her from seeing her own daughters. He is vindictive and mainpulative on many levels and uses his power working for the Government in PNG to manipulate the situation. I am unable to receive any legal representation due to his connections in the Government. 

PLEASE HELP TO BRING MY SON HOME TO AUSTRALIA. HE IS NEGLECTED AND MALNOURISHED AND IS NOT EATING AS HE IS FRETTING FOR ME.
