Randy and Nikki Stratton will be on Martha MacCallum on Friday to talk about the DPAA’s decision to mass inter and not identify the 85 unknown sailors buried in the Punchbowl Cemetery. Randy is Donald G Stratton’s (USS Arizona survivor) son and Nikki is his youngest granddaughter.
