While it is true specific breeds share specific traits it is not true that any breed was bred specifically to attack human beings or other animals. It is all about how they are taught to act. Thus we ask that breed-specific legislation be outlawed in all states. Because it is not a dog's fault for how it was taught to act but the human being that taught it that.
