Our collective agreement expired June 7/21, we are now heading into September. We want to know our pay. The hospital is imposing so many policies on nurses and hospital staff. We need to know the NEW PAY RATES. Right now staff nurses in the states are getting upwards of $500 to $1000 per shift in addition to hourly rate for crisis pay. Travel nurses are making between $6000 to $11,000 for crisis pay. Why is Ontario not recognizing the hard work of nurses?

Nurses be prepared for another slap in the face of 1% pay increase...it seems that is where we are headed.
