Once again the hospitals who are DESPERATE for nurses are denying nurses an adequate pay increase in 2021 bargaining. I encourage nurses to cash out and take your HHOOP do not place your health at risk, look at another career or retire. Look for work in the USA where nurses are paid well. This is demoralizing.
