New book Canada's Other Housing Crisis - #1 Bestseller in Real Estate, now #3 in Governmental Law

This has been an exciting couple of weeks! Our president's new book, Canada’s Other Housing Crisis, that went to #1 bestseller in Real Estate on Amazon, is now #3 in Governmental Law, after the Canadian Constitution & another work titled Blame.

In addition to Amazon, steps are underway to make it available to independent book stores across Canada who want to stock it. The first independent bookstore in Canada to do that is Octopus Books in Ottawa. Thank you, Octopus Books ! It's great for Karen to have hometown support and see her book on your shelf!

"We talk about Canada's housing crisis as a problem of affordability. But there is another crisis unfolding behind closed doors. In this powerful and deeply human account, Dr. Karen Somerville reveals through eight case studies what happens when the dream of homeownership collides with defective construction, inadequate consumer protection, and systems that fail the very people they were meant to protect. Canada's Other Housing Crisis challenges us to rethink what safe housing truly means and why change can no longer wait." - Canada's Other Housing Crisis
