Over the years, CPBH has heard from many builders in Ontario who are fed up with Tarion and its monopoly. They want the choice to decide who will backstop their warranty; they don't want the Ontario government forcing Tarion on them. 

Thanks to a recent survey conducted by the Ontario New Home Builder's Association, Ontario builders have been able to openly express their views on this matter.

Survey says: Many Ontario builders want competition, too; they want to get rid of the monopoly!

Will Ontario Progressive Conservatives NOW follow through on their commitment before the 2018 election, and end Tarion's monopoly?
