Here you have it - the NDP and the Greens will end Tarion's monopoly if elected! This is great news - and is in line with Justice Cunningham's recommendation!

For the other two parties - the PCs and the Liberals - Ontarians should not expect any significant changes from them related to Tarion.  This is very disappointing, but at least we know before the election.

Obviously, there are many things to consider related to this election. We urge you to consider this information related to Tarion as you cast your vote.  The purchase of a home is the largest purchase most people make.
