Many Ontarians counted on the PCs to do what they said they would do regarding Tarion before the 2018 election. 

CPBH agrees with NDP Critic MPP Rakocevic. Sadly, now that they have been elected, it appears that there is now little interest from the PCs to do what is necessary to protect new home buyers - and what the PCs announced in the recent budget falls "far short" of what is needed.

Meanwhile, unacceptably far too many Ontario families continue to suffer.  

So, what can you do?

1. Help us to continue to get signatures on this petition! 

2. Contact your MPP today and tell him/her that you want to see Tarion's monopoly ended NOW - like Justice Cunningham recommended.
