Premier Wynne claims to be "accountable" and "transparent", and seeking "fairness" for Ontarians. On the Tarion issue, she has been ANYTHING but transparent and accountable and fair to Ontario's purchasers of newly built homes. Sadly, last month, her government pushed through very flawed new legislation regarding Tarion -- with all opposition parties rightfully voting against it. No wonder the opposition parties voted against Premier Wynne's new legislation - it does little, if anything, to enhance consumer protection for purchasers of newly built homes.
