Ontarians have waited for more than 41 years to fix the fundamentally flawed ONHWP Act. Bill 166 is clearly inadequate. What can the Wynne government be thinking? With Justice Cunningham's report, which includes 37 recommendations, and a road map forward, it's a mystery why the Wynne Government is now second-guessing the expert they hired for the Tarion Review. Clearly Ontarians deserve better than Bill 166. Ontarians deserve to have what most other provinces have - a competitive warranty model. That's what this petition is about.
