The Government of Ontario should adopt a 21st century approach like other provinces. Regulate builders like BC does. Have builders provide warranties on their homes based on government standards. Builders can choose from a number of approved warranty providers as we see in BC, Alberta and soon to be Manitoba. Ontario’s citizens deserve a system that protects consumers.
