I am a single mother of 10 children. I have never been involved with any state organization such as the department of child safety or child protective services. I have never done any type of drug, and have only ever worked to provide for my 10 children. Last year my ex, Brad Dalmolin that I have my 2 youngest children with, became upset that I was taking him to court for child support only asking for help with childcare. He made allegations that I was on drugs, and unfit. During that time I was being accused of a crime that I did not commit. I was arrested in my home in front of my children. Brad used that against me to make the accusations of me being unfit due to charges that were being held against me seem more likely. When we went to court in June of 2017, the judge at the time ordered a court appointed advisor to investigate and make recommendations that would be for the best interests of the children. Joan Parkinson, our assigned CAA was very bias towards me, siding with Brad and made reports that included inaccurate information,  lies, and showed that her investigation was not thorough. She stated that I was on drugs, using drugs with my children and was their supplier. She stated that I was homeless, and that I had many reports made by the department of child safety showing I had many issues as a parent and have lost my children several times. She included that I had a home where my children were sleeping on the floors and that I was not fit as a parent. I provided her and Judge Kristin Culbertson as exhibits proof from the department of child safety that I had never been a client or had my children removed. I proved that Brad was a felon that served years in prison,  and even during that time was on probation for assaulting my oldest son. I showed paperwork from the chandler courts that Brad had been violent with me. I had my rental agreement, proof that my children were safe and I was providing for them, as well as having their school records. I informed the court that the case I was arrested for was no longer a factor because it was dismissed. Weeks before I read Joans report recommending that Brad have sole custody,  I submitted a motion to have Joan removed from our case and a new CAA assigned based on how she was treating me. When we went to court July 25th 2017, Kristin Culbertson acknowledged she had not made a decision on my motion and denied it at the hearing. She didn't look at any of my 12 exhibits and made orders stating that father have temporary sole custody of the 2 children and I only see them on my days off from 10am until 6 pm with no overnights. She didn't make any orders for counseling or drug testing or to have any agency involvement so that I may have more time with my children or work on getting 50/50 custody. On my own I decided to get a hair follicle drug test in March and after about 1000 emails back and forth with Joan Parkinson I asked again for a new CAA. Joan bashed me and sabatogaed my case. Joan made more reports throughout the entire year that would only make me look more and more like a horrible mother. My request was again denied by Kristin Culbertson a month later. When I went to my trial in July of 2018, it was clear Joan and Brad were lying. The audio of the hearing can be heard by anyone and you can hear the lies, and contradicting statements. With all of my testimony and evidence, 45 days later Kristen Culbertson made orders stating Brad to be primary residential parent having sole custody with me only having my 2 girls every other weekend from Friday at 3pm until Sunday at 7pm. Again, no orders on what I needed to do to work on obtaining a 50/50 custody.  My other 8 children that live with me are not of concern and are still with me with no agency involvement. My exhibits, negative drug screen, proof of father having lost his job due to marijuana use and driving on a suspended license among other issues were not good enough. It was all the lies that were said about me, and false accusation that were made by Brad and Joan that became the decision maker. The problem was Kristin Culbertson didn't do her job by investigating and/or even adding a best interest attorney to the case. She didn't bother to care that there was a problem between the CAA and I. I submitted all emails between Joan and I to Culbertson and it was ignored. Kristin Culbertson removed 2 little girls ages 5 and 3 from their mother and siblings for no good reason at all. She has neglected her job to provide for the children what would be in the best interest of the children. When I have my time with my daughters it's clear my 5 year old is depressed and having a hard time with it. She is sad and is constantly asking me to keep fighting for her. They both state they miss me so much and wish they can live with me more. Kristin Culbertson doesn't have much experience in family law. Most of her career has been in employment law. She doesn't belong in family law. She is ripping healthy families apart, and is hurting the children. As a family court judge it is their job to protect families and children and she is creating problems. Children like mine are going through emotional distress and it is only going to get worse as they get older. Help fight for these families and children like mine and have Kristin Culbertson removed from Maricopa County Family court. She doesn't belong on the bench. She doesnt have the care or heart to do what is best for these families. Lets make sure she doesn't continue to ruin more lives.  Thank you.
